These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at relviohealth.com (the “Site”), operated by SYBR INK Private Limited, an Indian private limited company doing business as Relvio Health (“Relvio Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern Site use only. Our denial recovery services to client practices are governed by a separate Denial Recovery Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement, not by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About This Site
The Site is a marketing and informational website. It describes our denial recovery services for US healthcare practices. The Site is not, by itself, a service offering or a contract for services. To engage Relvio Health for paid services, a separate written agreement is required.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older. The Site is intended primarily for representatives of US healthcare practices considering or engaging our services.
3. Free Audit and Inquiries
We offer a free, no-obligation denial audit through our /free-audit page. The Free Audit:
- Is a marketing tool. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract.
- Does not require payment, retainer, or commitment of any kind.
- Is conducted only after a separate short-form Business Associate Agreement is signed, before any patient data is exchanged.
- Is limited in scope (typically up to 30 denied claims over a two-week period).
We may decline to conduct a Free Audit at our discretion, including if your practice is outside our service scope (Florida-based practices in physical therapy or mental health, currently).
4. No Patient Information Through the Site
The Site is not designed to receive Protected Health Information (PHI). You must not submit:
- Patient names, dates of birth, or contact information
- Patient insurance member IDs or claim numbers
- Dates of service, diagnoses, or treatment details
- Any file containing patient-level data
If you accidentally submit PHI, contact us immediately at sarthak@relviohealth.com.
PHI is exchanged only after a signed Business Associate Agreement, through HIPAA-compliant channels.
5. Information on the Site
The Site contains general information about our services, industry statistics from cited third-party sources, and our company. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not:
- Legal, medical, financial, or tax advice
- A guarantee of any specific outcome (revenue recovery, denial overturn rates, or recovery percentages)
- A substitute for professional advice from licensed advisors
Industry statistics cited on the Site are attributed to their original sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but do not warrant the accuracy of third-party data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit content that infringes any third party’s rights
- Submit content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site through automated means without our written permission
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Site
- Frame the Site or use the Site’s content in a way that misrepresents Relvio Health
- Submit Protected Health Information (PHI) of any patient
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELVIO HEALTH AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), OR THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This limitation applies to Site use only. Liability for our paid services is governed by the separate Denial Recovery Services Agreement.
10. Privacy

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Parties expressly waive the application of Indian law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
13.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Carve-out
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for (a) intellectual property infringement, (b) breach of confidentiality, or (c) violations of acceptable use that pose immediate harm, without first pursuing negotiation or arbitration.
13.4 No class actions
Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. Class action and class arbitration are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Foreign Entity Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
